Harriet qualified in 2007 and specialises in high-value residential property acquisitions, disposals and leasehold enfranchisement in prime central London and the country. She acts for domestic and international clients and has experience in acting on new builds, for banks and on agricultural matters.
Harriet has acted for a wide range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, offshore trustees, charities, landlords and tenants.
Harriet has experience in residential transactions involving high-value prime central London property. This includes acting on freehold houses, leasehold flats, new build and listed buildings and on the Grosvenor, Cadogan and Crown Estate. She also advises on rural and agricultural property including advising on sporting rights, agricultural tenancies, estate sales, acquisitions and estate management.
Harriet also acts for banks taking security over residential and agricultural property and provides property advisory work. She is able to advise on lease extensions and enfranchisement as well as tenancy agreements and is used to working within tight timeframes.
