Chris qualified in Scotland in 2014 and advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious issues across the department’s diverse client base.
He advises on the full range of employment law matters, and has experience management of all stages of Employment Tribunal litigation and settlement. He also regularly advises on executive service agreements and restrictive covenant disputes, transactional work and TUPE transfers. He has a particular interest in holiday pay and employment status disputes.
